Analysis of the wage system in the Czech Republic with a focus on selected business payroll system operator

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the wage system in the Czech Republic with a focus on the wage system of a chosen company. In the theoretical part important terms are described and basic theory concerning of wage and legal system of the Czech Republic is explained. In the practical part key elements of wage and conditions of their administration with demands on right, efficient wage system are compared. Therefore I analyzed the calculation of base wage, obligatory and other extra charges, average wage, refund of temporary disability and others. The results gained from chosen Limited Company A were subject of comparison and I didn?t find relevant misconducts in any of the cases and system meets completely the requirements.
